Hi, I'm Dhee.
I turn attention into revenue. 15+ years in advertising across games, media and ad tech. These days I also build things with AI.
I've spent my career turning attention into revenue. First for a London newspaper, then for a talking cat played by millions, and lately for games publishers around the world. Along the way I picked up a habit: asking “why?” until something useful falls out.
The talking cat is Talking Tom. I spent seven years at Outfit7 and left as VP of Sales & Advertising. The habit is permanent.
India, then the UK, now Cyprus. One obsession: making ads pay without ruining the thing people came for.
Learned how software works. Turned out to be very useful twenty years later, when everything became AI.
First job. Won the company's ideas contest, then built the idea with a small team. Also won first prize in the HSBC talent show.
Learned how money works, and how cold the North Sea is.
Three years in the analyst's chair, reading campaign data, doing publisher deals and briefing the bosses. Then I built programmatic set-ups from scratch. At Optimise, new business grew 200%.
Set up programmatic operations for the UK and the rest of the world, across display and video, then led the team as Senior Manager. Grew the APAC business 47% year on year and launched header bidding.
Ran ad monetisation across a global games portfolio. Also: dragon boats and tea fields at the company retreat.
An AI analyst for games publishers. Every morning it reads the ad revenue numbers and explains, in plain English, what changed and why. I built it, shipped it and sold it.
The next chapter. New team, bigger games, same question: how do we grow revenue and keep players happy?
Keynotes, panels and workshops on ad monetisation, programmatic and growth. Shorts optional, apparently.

Home is Limassol, with my wife, two cats and a dog. We travel whenever we can and say yes to things we've never tried, which is how I ended up in a dragon boat and a tea field.
I go to events for the people. I'm curious, so I'll ask about your work, then ask a follow-up question, then another. I'm always learning something new. Lately it's mostly AI.
Also on the list: piano, painting, puzzles, skiing, cooking and a little street magic.

I've led big teams. At home I know exactly where I stand.
So here's what's happening now.

My voice assistant. It briefs me each morning, files my downloads, preps my meetings and roasts my ideas.
Designed and built in conversation with Claude. I described it, then argued about the fonts.
Speaking slot, panel, partnership, or a coffee at the next conference? I'm in. I'll probably ask you more questions than you ask me.
